Service Management helps you sell and deliver recurring or one-off services: define products/services, manage subscription services, take service orders, and hold service contracts with addendums.
Where to find it
Open Service Management in the left sidebar. Screens include Products & Services, Subscription Services, Order Management, Services Management, Contracts, Contract Addendum and Settings.
Recommended setup order
- Configure Settings (categories and masters).
- Add Products & Services and Subscription Services.
- Create Orders and Contracts as customers buy.
