How to Add and Manage Assets

Overview

The asset register is the master list of what you own, with cost, serial numbers and status.

Steps

1. Open Assets > Assets (/admin/assets/manage_assets).
2. Add an asset with name, group, purchase date, cost and identifying details.
3. Update status as the asset moves through its life cycle.
4. Search and filter the register when auditing equipment.
