Payslips and tax documents can be exported to PDF so you can share them with employees or keep them for records.

Steps

  1. Open a payslip and use Export PDF to download or print it.
  2. Generate Form 16 (the income-tax statement) for employees where applicable.
  3. Share the generated documents with each employee.

Tips

  • Distribute payslips soon after closing the run so employees always get them on time.
