Overview
Maintenance keeps vehicles roadworthy by planning services and recording the work done, its cost and the garage/team involved.
Steps
- Go to Fleet > Maintenance (
/admin/fleet/maintenances) and add a maintenance record. - Choose the vehicle, maintenance type, date/odometer, garage and cost.
- Open the maintenance detail to see the full record and any linked parts.
- Track scheduled versus completed maintenance from the list.
Tips
- Log the odometer at each service to build accurate service intervals.
- Maintenance cost feeds the operating-cost and total-cost-trend reports.
