Key reports
- Open Fleet > Report (
/admin/fleet/reports). - Cost: operating-cost summary, total-cost trend, expense summary, expenses by vehicle and cost-per-meter trend.
- Operations: fuel summary (and by vehicle/location), maintenance, events, work orders and work performance.
- Utilisation & compliance: utilisation summary, vehicle assignment log/summary, inspection submissions/failures/schedules and renewal reminders.
Tips
- Accurate odometer, fuel and cost entries make these reports trustworthy.
